Andrew Wodzianski is a Party Pooper
These artworks began as statements of domestic baking tropes and subversive celebrations that are rarely, if ever, observed. A new context emerged during their development; I was creating a future dialogue between myself and my four-year old daughter.
There is a peculiar recipe here with equal measures of nostalgia, futurism, existentialism, and silliness. Like sugar, colorful and textural craft elements make the self-prescriptive medicine go down a bit easier.
